Wildlife Conservation Matters
Since 1970 a third of the natural world has been destroyed by human activity.
K&K clients play a role in conservation of endangered species: Some of what you pay goes back to community funding of vital facilities.
You can help Ken King’s fight to save black rhinos; you can take part in the world-wide effort to preserve ocean-going turtles – and track the progress of your turtle by satellite as it criss-crosses the oceans. You can also participate in Friends of Conservation. For information about all these activities, contact us.

Friends of Conservation fosters the concept of local people sharing their habitat with endangered species through community based conservation.
In Africa FOC works by establishing community conservation education centres and school education projects.
In South America it protects wildlife along the South Atlantic seaboard. In Asia it has developed relationships with local communities to protect wildlife. In Europe it is working to protect wildlife endangered by pollution.
Its mission: to work with local people to ensure their needs and those of the wildlife community are balanced to share their environment without conflict |
